Binding function fun:bitwiseXOR operates a bitwise XOR over the binary literals passed as an argument.
- Param 1: a xsd:hexBinary or xsd:base64Binary literal;
- Param 2: a xsd:hexBinary or xsd:base64Binary literal;
returns a binary literal with the datatype of Param 1.
